The following form is the current draft of a parenting plan being developed by the Family Law Section’s Family Law Practice Manual Revision Committee for publication in the 2006 update to the Texas Family Law Practice Manual. This form will undoubtedly be changed to some extent before publication. Because of intense interest in the form, the committee is providing this draft for adaptation and use by attorneys in the meantime.
